DIRECT HIRE AGREEMENT
After our initial call, we will send you a Direct Hire Agreement to review and sign. This agreement supports both single-role placements and high-volume supplemental recruitment, enhancing your internal recruitment efforts with flexibility. After the agreement is signed, we'll schedule a final intake call to collect additional information needed to begin sourcing and reaching out to candidates, effectively initiating our services.
SOURCING AND PRE-SCREENING
Our recruiters handpick each candidate using proprietary methods to ensure they meet specific skill requirements, bypassing AI sourcing and ensuring a personalized touch. Successful candidates undergo a pre-screening and are presented to hiring managers with detailed summaries that highlight their qualifications.

While clients handle the scheduling of interviews and the extension of offers, we offer continual support to ensure seamless communication. We assist with facilitating an open dialogue among all parties, addressing any questions or concerns promptly, to maintain transparency and assist with a smooth recruitment process.
Placement and invoicing
Once a candidate successfully joins your team, we finalize the placement process and confirm their start. At this time, we will issue an invoice for the placement, emphasizing our commitment to a seamless and successful integration for both the candidate and your organization.
