A search for the right automotive candidate requires time and resources, resulting in expense.  At Motocruit, we charge a non-refundable engagement fee to kickstart candidate sourcing and outreach for your open position(s). In addition, a flat fee is invoiced on the candidate's start date for every successful hire.
