Meet the Owner

Deanna Acker is the Founder and President of Motocruit, a recruiting agency that specializes in automotive and collision recruiting to dealerships, auto body shops, and automotive shops nationwide. 

With a background in collision and a passion for sales and helping people, she began her collision recruiting journey in 2014. Launching  Motocruit in 2019, she successfully began offering recruiting services to the automotive and collision industry. Deanna was featured in Auto Body News magazine in 2020 as the country’s only recruitment firm 100% dedicated to the collision repair industry. In 2023, Deanna extended her services to also include automotive and began providing recruiting assistance to dealerships and automotive shops.

Motocruit continues to be a leading agency in the Automotive and Collision sector. With teams in Pennsylvania and Virginia, Deanna lives in Richmond with her husband and 2 dogs. She enjoys hiking and considers herself an avid foodie. She plans to continue her expansion by offering affordable recruiting services and delivering an exceptional experience to both her clients and candidates.
